Not only is are their products easy to use, their customer service is also top notch. I also cannot say enough good things about Brittany, our Customer Success Manager. Its easy to be great sometimes, especially during the onboarding process, but Buildium continues to be great for our company every day. I am genuinely looking forward to working with them as we continue to grow our business and cannot wait to see the new features they add to grow along with it.

We have been with Buildium almost 5 years now. At first it was a bit rocky, there were things we couldn't do, but they were working on. In the last couple of years they have added so many features. Customer service it great! Out of all the times I have called, and that's alot of them, there was only 1 that we couldn't fix. I have nothing but good to say.
