The fact that these come in little pouches with no scoops is a little frustrating.

A bag was punctured and plantain leaf extract got all over everything. I spent half an hour hosing all the other bags off in my backyard, looking for the culprit bag and wiping down my floors. When I wrote in about this, requesting a replacement and a partial refund I was offered a new bag of the plantain leaf but a refusal to rush ship the item I originally received on time - but couldn't use. The partial refund request was ignored. I am unhappy with these policies especially with the amount of money my company spends at bulk supplements.
