Terrible Customer Service
This company’s customer service is terrible. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for weeks and they will not respond. Now I have a broken optic with no way to warranty it.

Complete rubbish
Complete rubbish. Sent them an inquiry about a product (trail cam). Received a three word answer that was totally unhelpful. It may have been factual but completely ignored the reason for the question and was very late. Arrogant, unhelpful and inefficient.

Problème piles Trophy Cam Bushnell
les piles de ma Trophy Cam HD de Bushnell (model 119876) se vident en quelques (une nuit). Contacté, le SAV de Bushnell envoie des messages automatisés totalement inutiles. Bug de conception ou obsolescence programmée ? Produits Bushnell à éviter donc.
