I have a small business I run on shopify and also have a day job so it's harder to manage the orders that come through and sort it all out. I hired a personal VA to just manage the orders and logistics so I can focus on my day job to fund my side business. The process of onboarding was smooth and the VA that I personally picked from this company was really meticulous and gave me a daily report on what happened each day comprehensively. She was informative and made sure to make things hassle-free for me. I'm currently not working with them because I halted my side business due to personal affairs but I was genuinely impressed with the service they provided for me that I genuinely felt prompted to write a review for them.
