My experience was not so great. The black cable was missing, and I notified the company repeatedly of this fact, but to date the request has been ignored. This request now has been over a month!

Unfortunately, your product doesn't work with Magic Jack, but your support reps are top Notch. They went above and beyond to help me. So much so, I'm very sorry that your product doesn't work. I shall miss them so very much!

What an AWESOME product! I ordered your V5000 model several years ago (from either QVC or HSN), and we’re still using it today. I recently purchased your V100K model for my elderly father-in-law in Michigan to help cut down on the amount of spam calls he receives. I get numerous robot calls a day and this makes it easy to block them. I love it, I don't have to hear my phone ring back to back all day.
