Ordered something from clearance that the website said was "in stock". However, three days later when we hadn't heard anything about shipping I called to find out what was going on. They were unapologetic and said it was out of stock would not "special order" one for me. I think they could have done better than this. Very disappointed with this experience.

There was an offer of free return shipping when I ordered the product , so that is what I expect. Whether if it were a misunderstanding or not it's not okay for people in the customer service area to speak to customers in a rude manner or to leave customers unhappy with their business. "Customer" service is within your job title. If you shop and are happy with your product, you'll be happy to shop here. If you need to contact customer service, good luck.

This marks the 17th day in a row that I've received a promotional email from CampMor despite repeated attempts to unsubscribe. Emails to customer service go unanswered, online chat always "down for maintenance." Horrible, horrible experience.

Ordered on Friday, paid a lot for second day shipping, because I fly out Monday night. They took the weekend off and didn't ship until Monday, so the products I need for my trip (and will never need again) will arrive too late. Shipping costs wasted, and I'll have to return the products and take time today to buy them from the nearest REI instead.

Terrible experience with customer service. My package was shipped to the wrong address and after weeks of waiting customer told me there was nothing they could do to help. I purchased a product that was supposed to arrive a week ago and Campmor refuses to help resolve the issue.

Wouldn't exchange pants. They claimed it has been worn....I am going back to REI.

As our return policy states https://www.campmor.com/CustomerServiceContent_____returns 'All merchandise in unused condition may be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase when accompanied by your receipt. If used and found defective, we will exchange or repair within 90 days of the purchase date when accompanied by your receipt.' Upon examination of your returned pants the bottom edges of the pants were completely dirty looking as if they had been either dragged around in the dirt for a period of time or as if someone had been walking on the bottom edges. Unfortunately because of this we are not able to accept them for return. Thank you, -Nick

They offered 2-day shipping option which is why I chose Campmor over a local retailer. Campmor DID NOT ship 2-day. I received the item a week later. When I called customer service, they did nothing. Not even refund the extra $1 they charged for 2-day shipping. Horrible customer service.
