Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Replied to emails almost instantly. Very helpful and super fast response. Had some difficulties getting ahold of them several weeks ago, it seems that was a one off issue. Overall a great company with excellent products! 👌

Ive had my safe for 12 years
Ive had my safe for 12 years. I could not open it. I got a new battery and called Cannon customer service. The gentleman talked me through the entire sequence and I successfully got it open. Thank you so much!!!
