I broke the tabs off the back of my safes electronic combination lock, I emailed Cannon Security and they sent me out a new part to fix the problem. Great service done by the Cannon Security folks.

My older model Stack-On safe keypad was not functioning properly. I installed a fresh battery but still no luck. I called customer service and spoke with Mike Mercado. He patiently walked me thru a reset procedure for the keypad. I reinstalled a battery and the safe opened. I really needed into the safe as I had a CCW qualification the next day. Thanks again Mike.

I had trouble opening a gun safe I inherited from my father. I tried everything with no luck so I reached out to Cannon customer service. They worked with me for multiple days regarding solutions and finally I was able to get it to unlock. Great service!!

Initially, it was rather difficult getting in touch with someone however, once I got word back it was a VERY smooth process and all the staff had been incredibly helpful. So knowledgeable! Thank you!

What a terrific company! The pistol safe I had was good to begin with. When I experienced a technical issue they were very quick to diagnose the issue and issue me a complete solution. I barely had to ask! I truly wish all customer service depertments were as responsive as Cannon Safe!
