I called and spoke with Oliver. He not only helped me understand there ordering system, he gave me a tracking number, and took it a step farther and screen shot the tracking information and sent it to me in email. Very helpful and I could at this point track my order!

Bought my 64 gun Cannon safe and found I had a bad key pad on delivery. I spoke with Rafael and he is sending a new key pad right away. Didn’t expect the customer service of this magnitude, he resolved my issue and went ahead and registered my safe while I was on the phone. Above and beyond customer service sir. I really appreciate that in a company that has these types of employees that care.

Victor was great to work with. I had first called a local locksmith who wanted over $400 to help me with my issue. Victor has parts on the way to help me fix it myself. Great job!
