We have been long time clients of Captorra and both our firm and their system has evolved through the years. Their team is always extremely responsive to our requests and they continue to provide a superior solution to allow us to better track our marketing efforts, quickly qualify clients, manage referrals easier and at the end of the day sign more clients up for our firm.

Captorra has been an absolute life saver for our intake department. It used to take me an entire day to get packets to our potential clients and now it takes me less than an hour a day. SO fantastic!!

Captorra is the cutting edge of Intake software. We have grown exponentially and shown that we can sign more cases electronically than we ever imagined. Would recommend to anyone looking to grow and track new leads and conversions.

We have had a record breaking year in terms of growth and Captorra is a key reason for this year's success - I own a very profitable business and do not waste money with services that do not produce - using Captorra has been one of the best business decisions I have made - well worth the money!
