Even though I had bad credit and a tough time getting through the car buying process, everyone was very helpful and kind! I'm glad I could get a vehicle that I wanted!

It was a very nice experience and for me the best part was not being pushed. I also liked the fact that I didn't have someone hovering over me so I could make my decision without pressure.

Payments are a little high, but they were able to get me into a car within a couple hours.

The salesman was honest, wasn't trying to hide anything I would say if you need to build credit or you have bad credit it's a wonderful place to go

I just bought my second vehicle from Car City in Grand Rapids. You never have to feel pressured there. They tell you what your payments will be and tell you to go pick your car. They then bring it up for you to drive. If you don't like it, you pick another one until you find one you like in the price range you are approved for. Both times I was treated really well and I will be returning.

Bill and Steve were very nice and welcoming and patient enough with me while we selected our vehicles. Paperwork was a breeze.
