Charges you like $30 after offering you a low initial few. Pretty much all of the info was missing on the report too. Total scum of a company, a complete scam. Stay away.

Total scam. Report was blank (the vin on the blank report was not even was was entered, so I'm thinking it's a standard form) Just got a renewal notice (after they submitted the payment) What am I going to do with unlimited searches that return nothing?

Same here, absolutely scammers. Not only they charged me for a membership, I also had nothing on my report except the name of the motorcycle. No reports at all, no previous owners ( they have been 4). This is how they make there money and because they are in the USA you can't sue them. I just really hope to hurt them with a really bad review. So stay away.

Signed up for a trial was charged $2.95 and was told to cancel before 7 days. Before the 7 days I tried to cancel but my email will not come up in the system I keep getting emails to the email I used because they keep trying to charge me and it's being declined but I'm unable to cancel the subscription because they can't find my email in their system Total scam stay away
