Too large for me with the spacer, the charge length does not tell you the total length.

Thank you for your review. Your kit should have been supplied with 3-4 sizing spacers. Additionally, it could be possible you have chosen a cage that is too large for your anatomy. Start delivering to p o boxes. Good product bad delivery. To embarrassing to get delivery to the front door

Hello! It sounds like there’s some confusion! We do in fact deliver to PO Boxes, provided that you supply us with a PO Box address for your shipping address at check out. Please keep in mind the only carrier that delivers to a P.O. Box address is USPS. Additionally, to ensure your privacy when orders are delivered to your front door, we ship all orders in plain parcels with no indication of CB-X on the package. However, if the item is being shipping internationally the customs paperwork will state the contents of the package on or alongside the shipping label. We do our best to use discreet descriptions of the items when declaring customs in order to avoid persons knowing that it is a Chastity device, or parts for a Chastity product. Hello! Our largest chastity kit is The Curve with a Cage length of 3 3/4" and inner diameter 1 1/2". The dimensions of the cage is provided for your review prior to purchase on the product page, as well on our sizing guide. We require reviewing the sizing guide prior to purchase to ensure that you are choosing the correct chastity device for your anatomy size. We're sorry to hear that the cage does not fit your anatomy, however this is the largest size chastity device that we offer. I have not received my product and the tracking information said it would be delivered a few weeks ago and then when the date came, it has just shown "pending" for a few weeks now. It's been about 3.5 weeks since the order was placed. It's okay if there are delays, but it would be good to know about it and I'm not sure why there is more urgency in asking me to review the product than sending it to me.

Please note, if your package is taking longer than expected we appreciate if you reach out to our customer service team right away. Please send an email to [email protected] and someone will assist you as soon as possible. If you see an arrival date and then the order switches to "pending", this is cause for concern with the shipping carrier. We're happy to help you with tracking down your order, but we do need to receive an inquiry from you. We do not track the orders for customers, that is the responsibility of the customer. In reference to the emails asking for your review of the product, these are automated to send to customers three weeks after an order is shipped. It is uncommon for shipments to not be received within this time frame. Again, we are happy to assist you further and make sure you receive your order, but you will need to send an email to [email protected] with your order information.
