Awful experience. Zero communication. Not even an email with purchase confirmation. Attemted to contact them via text, their email contact form on their website and phone, which just says their mailbox is full. The leopard gecko i ordered just showed up on my doorstep one evening a week later, missing the feeder insects I had ordered along with it. Fortunately, we had company over that night or she would have sat outside on our doorstep all night. I tried for days to contact them with no response. Very expensive reptile for subpar coloring. The colors in the example photos of the type of gecko i ordered were vibrant, the animal i received is a dull color, i thought maybe she was in the process of shedding, but I’ve had her for almost 2 months now and there’s been no improvement.

They give you a choice of what type of chameleon you want and I paid for a yellow body blue barred ambilobe and I did not get that. I called and somehow got ahold of someone and the gentleman told me well it in his blood line and their biologist can confirm that. I don’t give a good good damn what a biologist has to say about what I have I paid for a yellow body blue barred ambilobe and did not get that. These folks are fraudulent and should be shut down. This place doesn’t care what they ship you as long as the check clears. They have no clear way to correspond and will not get back to you.

Gecko is not what was represented. Plenty of examples of smaller ones with the correct coloration, only to be told that it will get darker. Initially they claimed they were to busy to send photos of the actual animals because they are busy tending to the animals. Then they have another breeder ship it from another state.....

CB Reptile Review - Barnabas Arrival: January 8, 2026, 9:30 AM Condition: Excellent. Arrived alert and healthy. First Impressions: Barnabas settled in immediately. Within hours, he was perched high on the rocks, surveyed his domain like a king, and showed a relaxed dewlap and calm eyes. Very impressed with the quality and temperament of this axanthic morph. Initially there was a problem with shipping but it was made right the very next day and the baby arrived in the condition listed above. My choice to go with CB reptiles and pay the premium price for the Iguana was well worth it considering the prompt customer service that I received and the immediate correction of the problem.
