Didn't follow through on timeline provided

Prices, quality, and quantity available are good. I've purchased a couple times and it takes too long to receive the products. I've had to wait 3 weeks or more to receive products purchased. That is too long to wait for a refurbished product.

takes little longer than wished to get items to be shipped after order has been placed. But they do arrive with good time after they have been shipped. placing order is great and personal are responsive to your needs.

Kept getting told my order would ship the next day. Told about 10 days before it actually shipped. Liked the product, customer service wasn't real attentive.

The order was large, so it took a while to fill. Communication could have been better. Equipment arrived safely, as advertised and a good value. Setup was tricky due to poor collaboration between myself and CDI.

My orders sit for way to long and when I ask Anthony where is it I get no answer.

We were pleased with the service we were provided by CDI. We gave this review because the equipment that was recommended to us has not met our expectations. We purchased Lenovo chromebooks at your recommendation and many of them have had keys fall off of the keyboard. We find it hard to believe that the company is not aware of this problem. Replacing the keys will be an added expense that we had not planned for.
