Update: chamelo offers top notch customer service. My concerns were promptly addressed and it seems i received a defective pair. Not only did they replaced it, James checked in regularly to ensure I was taken care of. Great company and great product. I was very excited to get my chamelo aura glasses. One week later my charger broke off and the website was out of stock. No other after market charger works. Then less than a month later, one side lights pink the other blue. Then goes to purple and clear. Was it worth it? No

I had a small scratch on my sunglasses and they were ready for me to ship it back for a new one. Good customer service.

You guys have excellent customer service. I had a couple warranty issues with 2 pairs and another pair was on back order for months because white was sold out for a very long time. You gave me a discount on the pair I waited months for and replaced the two I had issues with right away. I had a speaker not working in one set and I forget what went wrong with my first pair. Thank you for that!
