Roni Bell was very professional and helpful. My only issue was with the price.

My representative did a very thorough job but the call was very long and at one time we got disconnected but was able to get back on track. I believe my representative was O’Neal and he did a great job though at the beginning I was afraid I was getting scammed. In the end he was very charming to work with.

Neal was a great help. He found us a great flight which saved us some money!

Andrew Hall is a nice customer service representative. He explained everything to me clearly. However I am not satisfied with that online booking could not go through.

Sarah is a valuable employee. She helped to get us a refund on a trip that was cancelled by Spirit Airlines. Thank you Sarah. Would like to understand why we were charged $75 each for a cancellation fee for a trip that was CANCELLED by Spirit and was told they would not fly again for two days. Explanation Please!
