I am very pleased with the quick delivery. My biggest complaint with online ordering is the time some vendors take to ship my orders. I don't see why an online order can't be processed and shipped within 24hours. MrChewy got me my order very quickly, I was impressed.

I received the product very fast and it was exactly what I expected. I was able to track the order and had no major issues. The one small issue I had was that the bag of dog food what ripped all the way down the side and the whole box was filled with food. I highly doubt that it busted in the process it clearly looked like someone put it in the box knowing good and well it was ripped. So, I just placed the food in a plastic container and all was well. Next time please check the bags before you package.

I was able to get the cat food I want for a pretty good price (not the best price though) and was very impressed by how fast it shipped. I got my order in like two days!

I was getting low on both wet and dry food and decided to try MrChewy.com because they had each of the brands I wanted. No complaints - except for packing: several of the tall cans were significantly dented on arrival.
