Bag of cat food was totally opened and spilled in the box

Although I'm satisfied with my purchase (selection, price, checkout and speed of delivery) I'm a bit disappointed that my entire order was placed in one box for shipping. I ordered 4 cases of large can cat food (12.5 oz cans - 12 cans per case) & they stuffed all 4 cases in one box which not only the delivery person had issues lifting, but I nearly threw my back out trying to pick up. Rather than trying to combine everything I wish someone would have use a little more common sense and split the order in separate shipments so that it was manageable.

There's a great selection of products and I love the free shipping. The online chat feature with customer service is fabulous. I only wish my items arrived a little quicker but I will definitely order from them again.

I found Mr. Chewy through Amazon. What a concept! I dont have to remember to go to the pet store. No more running out. I/you should know after having your pet,how long a bag of food will last. Place your order with apprpriate info and wala food at your doorstep at just the right time!!! I absolutely love it! A good price i should mention also! I cant believe that if Mr Cewy has the brand of food you need a person would not use the service! I really cant say enough about it! Granted ive only received one bag. It was right on time. I should also mention customer service via the phone and internet was/is outstanding! they were helpful when i had questions. I rated 4 stars, simply because, not enough time has passed to give 5 stars!

When I called for details, the staff was very knowledgeable, they had what I wanted and guaranteed that it would ship immediately. My Dobermans are happy pups.

Wish the pricing was better but shipping was super quick and website was easy to maneuver with great products
