June 23 2005 wanted to redeem.. had to purchase package first… so I did:… well I paid Apple Pay like I do for everything in my life but the. Realize I had to use individual card for it to save for redemptions.,,fishy? Yes ok…contacted support which was fast and efficient and helpful!! MR TOM IS THE BOMB DOT COM!! Soooo I redeem got the email verifying and approving!! Today on June 25 2025 my redemption got denied (1st email) right after that email stating only so much of my redemption will be sent to my debit card to refer to my profile on the game for details (2nd email) well I go on my profile NOT A THING NOTHING!!! Well next email says the remaining amount I tried to redeem will be put back in my wallet on the game for me to use and play om(3rd email) well of course NOT EVEN ONE CENT IN NY WALLET … I contact support send screenshots of emails I got… only to be told that the non redeemable balance they took it out my wallet since it was non redeemable due to being daily log in and my referral bonus for referring someone…I play down to like $3-$5 when I started going back up to where that’s why I redeemed !! But I couldn’t get it all cuz it was theirs pretty much!! I read multiple reviews about this but didn’t listen I always give chances until some to me !!! ITS TRUE!!!! They send u what they think u should have or what they want or just what u paid for and the rest is theirs cuz its no redeemable!!! I know of lotsssssssss of online places that do not do anything close to this!!!! U can cash out on whatever with whatever however u want!!! PEOPLE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS GO ON ALL THE OTHER REVIEW PLAYFORMS AND READ AND LISTEN !!!! DONT WASTE YA TIME N MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!!! U WILL REGRET IT!!!

I signed up for an account and they gave me 3 dollars. I deposited 5. I won over 900 on one spin. I tried to redeem They refunded me the 5 dollars and sent me 40 to my bank account and the rest disappeared. They said it's in their terms and conditions? But they said moving forward I wouldn't have these restrictions? So basically because I won on such a little deposit they refunded my deposit and gave me the minimum for playing with free money which was the $3 that they gave me to sign up. very much a scam hope it doesn't happen to you! There are a lot of other reputable online casinos that will not give you this hassle.

It should be a 0 rating. Site attracts people to wanna play on their site. Just read more on it. Especially the ones who give it a 1 rating. On freeplay if you win $1000 or more dont expect to get it all. They only pay $40. Not good. They only pay a certain percentage of your winnings with your purchases as well. Just warning you. Bad customer service. Should I say rude. There are way more better gaming sites. You'll just waste your time on this one. Why do you think they're rated 4.1 right? Rating looks like its going down. There are gaming sites at 4.4 to 5.0. which means to tell you they are really good sites right? Well ya'll have a good day.

I don’t recommend this website to any body I play with daily reward and I won $1000 and I want to cashout they say you can not redeem because this won come from daily reward and they say you can not redeem we have to take your $1000 to lift your restriction from your account so they are not legit please be aware

I was blown away to see such a good score for these guys on here. Guess people actually do win on there. I would just get smoked in a matter of minutes. Didn't matter what game I played. Blackjack was the worst. 21s and 20s non stop. I feel stupid for depositing as many times as I did the last few weeks. From the start it was bad. They must be decent for others though. Seems so from reviews on here. Unfortunately for me it was the worst experience I've ever had on a site. Felt rigged it was so bad. I'm sure it's not though. Just the worst luck I've ever had or seen anyone have at anytime anywhere. I kept coming back cause I couldn't believe how bad it was...thought it's gotta better. But it actually was probably even worse the last few deposites.
