I don't want to share my exact story because I don't want to set the wrong expectation for other folks of what was likely service that was so above and beyond that it was likely not their typical policy. I have another other with another kpop merch vendor that has been sitting for over 2 months, and I so super regret not just getting it all through Choice Music because it's the only place I'm getting my merch from now on after my experience.

Shipping takes a long time (a little over 2 weeks for both pre-orders and regular albums), but the albums are always legit, and packaged in the safest packaging possible. I've bought from them more than once and I honestly think they're the best shop for buying kpop albums.

Very nice. Bought from them and received my order on time and in perfect condition. They even answer your questions on their social media pretty fast too 😊
