John Hill was able to quickly and…
John Hill was able to quickly and professionally diagnose my control module issue and start an RMA. He was able to answer all my questions, explained to me all the possible issues and also what was not related to the problem. The case notes were updated, and the RMA shipping label was emailed to me before even getting off the phone. John made the RMA process less stressful and much easier to complete than I could have hoped for. Thank you John
