Hi Julia, We are deeply sorry to hear about your negative experience. However, this is the second negative review you've left here, and we'd like to understand why you choose to do so when we've attempted to offer solutions and alternatives through previous emails. We've provided options for reshipment or full refunds, yet unfortunately, we haven't received any response from you. It concerns us that you'd prefer to harm our reputation rather than resolving this issue constructively. We want to assure you that we are a trustworthy company committed to customer satisfaction. We hope you reconsider your approach and give us the opportunity to rectify any inconvenience you've experienced. We await your response via email so we can resolve this matter in the best way possible.

Truly lost for words… I ordered a tote over three weeks ago, and was extremely excited about this purchase. Two weeks pass with zero update and I gave them the benefit of the doubt—maybe shipping just takes a while. I sent them an email just in case, a couple of days ago. Today they responded only to tell me that the item was out of stock this whole time (despite me being able to make the transaction on the site), and that “maybe you can pick something else from the site, of equal value”. Unbelievable. The website STILL says the item I bought is “in stock and available to ship”. What an extremely unreliable business lmao. I can only hope they approve my request for a refund

Do not trust this site. The quality is not worth the money. They are asking 85eur but you will receive an ite worth maybe 25eur. You can find similar stuff on AliExpress. I am usually not the one to write bad reviews or complain like this, but first time in my life a store refuses return because it was a sale item. Read review before buying, hope it will same you time and money.

I have made an order almost one month ago, I don't know where it is and I have no information about the order and they are not answering me. This is unacceptable.
