BEWARE of ClearNym
I’m extremely frustrated with ClearNym’s incompetent customer service. I emailed them on October 9 to request assistance. Today is October 17, and they have failed to respond to me. ClearNym advertises 24/7 customer service by phone and email. This is deliberately misleading. Their phone calls go directly to voicemail, and they ignore emails. I would not recommend purchasing a subscription with any company who is willing to take your money yet lacks basic customer service. Be warned: you will be met with silence.
