Orchid was perfect! She was so helpful and was able to help me with all my needs.

I opened three cases today, and two were closed pretty quickly with the help of Orchid Garcia! The other case was something that would take a little longer, but wanted to stress that she was so helpful and solved my issues with great haste. I've been using CS for nearly 5 years and didn't know that they had a Stephen there whom you could schedule online trainings with. He was excellent at addressing my concerns and resolved them with perfect explanations. I'll be reaching out to him again for sure.

Orchid was very patient with me while she was helping me resolve my problem. She helped to explain different aspects of Clinic Source that I had been having difficulties. The only issue that could have made this encounter a little smoother was the fact that she had a Windows computer and I had a Mac. Therefore, she was unable to screen share with me, and we had to try and explain everything to each other over the phone. It would have been easier and faster if she could see what I was talking about on my screen.
