Shades look very different than the pictures

Your shipping time is incredibly slow!! Other companies get their products to me way faster. Contemplating not ordering anymore from you!!

The delivery came later than stated without giving any reason or updates. Almost missed my item as i was going overseas.

Eye shadow has no pigment, can barely see color. If the shadows were pigmented, they would be very pretty. Unfortunate. Also, delivery takes forever.

While I am overall satisfied with the products that I receive, I resent having to wait up to 3 weeks to receive my order. Any order placed in the U.S. from a U.S. company should receive their order within 1 week. That’s just solid business sense. Longer than that, and the customer satisfaction is gone. You’ve missed the window of purchasing happiness and turn anticipation into annoyance.

Lost package

Missing delivery. The company has no way to track packages that are sent. My package did not arrive to date - 2 months later. The attitude is that it is my problem. The tracking info did not help.
