My representative Lucy was wonderful! She was able to explain and work through a difficult tax addition to our connect plus application. Her exceptional knowledge of the connectpos app and the interaction with our web host program was clearly the key to the resolution of the issue.

Honestly, not far into using the service yet, but their chat support has been very helpful in getting things set up. I'm excited to finally have a POS I can use on our windows computers for our Shopify store.
