Exceptional service, food and attention to detail. There is always someone assigned to your event to make sure all goes smoothly. Their IT support is top notch, yet alone the wonderful views from their meeting rooms! You won't be disappointed!

the support staff at the location in midtown west were fantastic! They were attentive and were able to respond to requests before we even realized we needed assistance. An Example of that was when a few of the meeting attendees put their jackets on. when we broke for a short 10 minutes, your team had already come in to the room to adjust the temperature. They then alerted me to what they had done and gave me their cell number to call in the event that we needed to adjust the temperature even more. The un-asked ask is critical to creating a warm and hospitable environment and the convene team nailed it!

We are doing two events next week at two different locations and it is night and day how much better everything has been with Convene compared to this other place. This is the best customer service and support.

Look forward to our next event! Kelsey and Dominique were so helpful for plan for an easy meeting! We did have a bit of an issue with the temperature in our room the first day, but they offered us some additional food options the next day to make up for the uncomfortable temperature! And they fixed it by the next day! Look forward to having an event with them again!
