I have yet to receive my purchase and no one seems to know where it is.

The item did not look at all like how it was pictured.Yes we're here. It was flat and rather cheap looking. This was a gift for someone I know who recently lost her chihuahua. I am most disappointed in the quality of this product.

Product was never received. I emailed company and I have gotten typically responses. I have currently asked for refund. Tracking number provided does not work.

Didn't get any notification from you that my order was placed

What a piece of crap ,picture is very deceiving. Flat piece of plastic.......not 3 dimensional ornament .worth 5 dollars at best not 26
