Excellent customer service and great prices on the brands I am looking for! This isn’t my first time buying from Cool Frames but this order was a bit more complicated and I’m thrilled with the final results.

Pretty good! Shipping took a little longer than some of the other online stores for eyewear but the frames look great, the lenses were very light with the correct prescription! I can see clearly! Yay! The only thing that would make a better user experience would be to have the tracking number sent out or attached once the item has been shipped. It was not, so I had to email customer service which is really an extra unnecessary step. They provided the tracking number which could be automated.
