The BOZ Wombat frames I purchased are really different and cool. I was tired of what my optician had to offer and these certainly are different. These will be great casual glasses. I have already received many compliments on them. The service CoolFrames delivered was impeccable.

Got my frame. Loving it. I am happy with the custoner service. Got an email to say my purchase have been dispatch and listed the address i provided. I realise i forgot 1 line of my address. Email back and told them to ensure the shipping company are inform of this change and i received it last week. Thank you all. I am sure will look in purchasing other frame with you.

The colour of the frame was exactly as shown in the picture and the sizing was also perfect (matched the frame I had originally tried on in the optometry office). Arrived exactly 2 weeks after being ordered, which was pretty phenomenal considering they were shipped from the U.S. I didn't receive any tracking information after they had cleared customs, but the package arrived just shortly afterwards and all was good.
