Everything looks good except redeeming my discount. The code didn't work.

Nice quality, fashionable and reasonably priced frames, love. Bought frames and took to my optician to add my prescription. Love my Lamb frames!!!

The frames I ordered turned out to be out of stock, so I had to wait about a week before they were acquired and shipped. Coolframes.com let me know via email, and since I wasn't in a big hurry it was okay with me. The frames I ordered were replacements for ones I had and the quality had diminished since my original purchase several years ago. That, however, was on the manufacturer. The price was definitely right though! Half the price of their competitors. So bottom line. I had to wait a little to save a lot. Works for me.

Kudos to coolframes for obtaining an out of production frame I needed to replace. Then they bugged me for a review!

All good except when ordering I didn't see that even though I paid for next day shipping the order wouldn't be sent until 4 days later. Otherwise all good.

would have given 5 stars, but orginal finish of frame ordered, ended up being unavailable so delivery was delayed. Frame was what I wanted!

I ordered Ted Baker B916 eyeglasses on Jan 10, 2018 & received it on Jan 23. It arrived nicely packed & in good condition. The frames is even more beautiful than I expect & fits me perfectly without any adjustment. 2 days from now I will get it back with suitable lens from the optical shop (Hong Kong) where I got my eyes checked.
