No response to emails so can't refund item

Ordered before Christmas and tried numerous times - calling and email and never get a response. Is this a real company or just a BOT doing online business ! Calls never answered even during hours of business and emails never get replied to ! Avoid them in my opinion

Cheap drop shipped temu products. Avoid.

Ordered a coffee tamper. What arrived was not what I ordered. No reply from three emails to their support address and their telephone number ‘is not recognised’. Wish I'd checked Trustpilot before placing this order. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Placed an order for a coffee knock box: it was substandard and trying to return but getting no response from emails or calls. Swanky website - but wondering if it's a scam....?

Wish I would’ve gone on here prior to placing an order. I placed an order on 18 December which then arrived about two weeks later. I have since 31 December (two weeks now) tried to initiate a return (on the website it says that you have to contact them to do it), but there has been no reply from customer service to do so. I am thus unable to do the return and get a refund, even though the website states that you can.

Placed an order which never arrived. Tried to contact them about it but was ignored. Ended up having to go through my bank for a refund. Scam website. Definitely avoid.
