Darts.com was very quick with responding to my order. They were out of stock on one item promptly called me to tell me and offered a reimbursement or another item. I was very happy with their services.

Everything was as expected

Responsive and proactive. I ordered quite a few sets of shafts and some of the lower cost ones were out of stock but not stated on the website. They made a note and sent me the more expensive ones at no charge with an apology. My second purchase with no glitches; lastly free shipping is a major plus.
