The entire experience was seamless and I appreciate the assistance. Later on in my contract I had missed a payment and received a call from a Mr. Pierre Porter who was very nasty and in need of learning some customer service skills. Although my payments were made on time at the end with the account being closed on schedule sometimes folks run into issues that are beyond their control and in telling the man that I would get caught he was just simply nasty and threatening.
