Wasnt kepted in the loop enough. I didnt get returned calls from my lawyer or his paralegel assistant. The turn over rate was very high with your lawyers.

The process was so quick and I didn't get any follow up calls or appointments. I have some questions and left voicemails but have not received a call back. It's unsettling and not great customer service. I even had to update my payment method and didn't get a call back until after the payment didn't go through even though I called a week earlier.

Inattentive service

I don't feel I received the be advise about my case fir filing bankruptcy. This company made me feel that it was more about the money and how many clients they could stack in their office. I wouldn't recommend Debt Stoppers to any friends or family. So unprofessional and employees with uncomfortable attitudes, not displaying compassion. Lacking communication within the offices at both locations in Ga. My experience isn't something I would share with recommendations for DebtStoppers. I pray DebtStoppers get it right for their future clients.

People are not thorough with call backs and follow up. I had called many times and left messages with several people and had to continuing calling back. It took over a week to get a call back. They don't even answer emails.

They call you non stop to get you in the door and as soon as you do that's when it gets frustrating. When I needed to call to speak to someone no one ever calls back when creditors were asking for information I couldn't get what I needed from them because no one would return my call. It wasn't until I went to the hearing that I was able to make contact with the paralegal and that was a couple months after I filed.

They made several mistakes and was slow correcting them.
