The communication was not the best nor getting back to you when the bankruptcy was over to see what was discharged and what was not. I still have not heard anything and I've been out since August. The overall experience went quickly and you are notified by mail of your court date, when you show up to court your representative will call your name take you in the hall and ask you some questions and give you directions before your name is called. The only thing is I worked with so many people that I had no idea who was my attorney. I think that you should have one person that helps you from start to finish. They get the job done and quickly but there is a big gap in communication at least for me it was.

I had an incident and was in desperate need of filing bankruptcy to obtain my car back. I called Debt Stoppers and spoke to Attorney Punit Marwah and his paralegal Kenya Franklin I had my car back within 24 hours and every time I had a question Kenya was there to answer them for me. I don't believe there was a time that I called that I could not speak with her during business hours. I have never had someone to stay on top of everything for me the way that she did. She assured me that she would have my car back in time for me to go to work. I remember the holidays were coming up they worked with me and my down payment and still made sure I had my car (which was my biggest concern) I was panicking through the beginning of the process because I had never been through anything like this but Kenya assured me through the entire process that everything would be okay and it was! I would highly recommend this company and if she is still there I would recommend using her as your paralegal you will not be disappointed!!!
