Great customer service. I live in Oregon and was worried about my tickets arriving on time and they came two weeks before the promised date.

Easy and a great way to enjoy my first Derby!

I ordered my Kentucky Oaks ticket at last minute, got a great seat and picked up my ticket at the office the day before the race. I highly recommend DerbyBox.com for tickets. It's easy to order the ticket online, and pick up in the office if not enough time to get your tickets in the mail. I was given a parking lot pass when I picked up my ticket, which was a huge plus! Also, I received an email in advance of the office hours (closed on Derby Day), which was super helpful with planning.

Got our Tickets for 2019 Kentucky Oaks and they were exactly what they said they would be and we were pleased with service and delivery. The particular box was described as having a betting terminal, but be aware you have to have a PIN and account to be able to use it. Probably best to set it up ahead of time.
