Slow delivery but well informed & pleased with the result

resolved quickly and with no fuss

My brooch arrived well packaged for safe delivery. I am very pleased with it as it has come to life and has lots of sparkle. I shall wear it with pride at this year's Remembrance parade and for year's to come.

Very pleased with trousers

The ordering was fairly easy and the communication concerning the order and the delivery was good. The most disappointing aspect was the goods; the impression I was given that the coin was a lot bigger than the one I received, all the images show display a larger coin than what was actually delivered; while coin had all the detail it was very disappointedly small.
