I received the frames, unfortunately they are not the ones that were pictured in the listing. I did send an email to customer service but haven't heard back as of yet. PS Sent 2 emails since my review and received 2 emails in reply saying they received my email and the usual response time is a business day... nothing yet. way different than my first (5 star) experience with this company. anyone want a deal on a pair of new flexon frames? UPDATE. I made a mistake in ordering my new glasses and Designer Optics was kind enough to correct it for me. My fault completely, and they exchanged the wrong frames for the correct ones. thank you!

Great value - the same model glasses cost double the price from SunGlsHut and LensCrtrs, even with the US$ exchange rate. Delivery was quicker than anticipated. No complaints.
