Good design and customer service

I worked with Sarah Martin at first, who designed my logo, then with Jay Barry for the website, when Sarah had to go on leave. Although at some point I became concerned by some negative reviews, those were addressed as my experience was very good with both of them. Sarah Martin designed a professional logo, personalized letterhead and enveloppes, then Jay Barry took over and worked on my bilingual website with original content. It is challenging to know what you need (and how your content should be presented) when you design your first website and are not tech savvy yourself. It requires teamwork. As a lawyer, I knew I wanted a classic, yet modern look. Jay Barry and his team explained me the steps required to achieve the results I wanted, helped me revise the content of my website as my business needs evolved with the COVID19 situation, worked within my budget and delivered a modern and elegant website.

The designs are very well done, expert. They are so easy to work with, the whole design process was effortless for me. I'm proud to have such a wonderful logo. Thank you so much. I feel successful already!
