Support is excellent and setup is straightforward. I liked the validation process as it feels safe and still not blocking. I specifically want to mention to support team members, Mitch Keyster and Wagiedah. Professional and skilled they helped me through the validation process. Communication quality was way higher than expected and they understood the problem and find a solution in mere seconds. Longest part was checking the status of my order which is still shorter than expected. Wonderful support experience really motivated my for using Digicert in the future as well.
