First key did not work, and had to contact support for another key. IT took them several hours to get back with me but they replaced my key with another key. Second key worked just fine.

Bought a key and didn't work, contacted and the help was slow but was quickly fixed afterward.

Purchased a Windows 10 Pro Key, got the initial key pretty much instantly. First key however didn't work. Messaged Support via the chat and within about 5 minutes received a new key that worked.

The first email (with the receipt etc) did not contain the key I had bought, so I was a bit confused initially, but the support people sent me a new one about two hours later, which worked without a problem.
