Honest, helpful, expert help handling my total loss. Answered all questions and gave advice to invoke appraisal clause to get insurance carrier to negotiate in good faith. They keep you informed and updated during the whole process. Would highly recommend their services and would use them again and again. Thanks for all the help.

Justin and Jennifer were supremely helpful in my DV claim process. At no cost, I was provided with a wealth of information in the form of a personal phone consultation that allowed me to move forward with a formal demand to the responsible party. I was completely ignorant to the DV process and am incredibly grateful for their patience and expertise in answering my many questions. These are good people providing a valuable service to us all. Highly recommended!

Needed help did not no what direction to turn for my diminished value claim with allstate. Talked to justin petty at petty details. All I can say is he was wonderful and helped me through the end of the process. Before even hearing my situation he was on the phone with allstate to back me up and get information. He went above and beyond without ever taking on my case. I highly recommend petty details. And also there appraisal reports are good prices and it pays off with the back up and support you get from justin and his team. They go above and beyond and you can tell they love what they do!!!
