I thought this company did a great job with how everything was sent and how unique the flavors are I enjoyed the meal

Order failed to ship on time. No emails from the company indicating shipment. I did get the welcome & order received though. Support indicated they had my order and didn't understand why it wasn't shipped. I did go ahead with the order and got it the following week. Again no shipment email. Support stopped responding when I showed that the shipment emails were not in my spam folder. Food was good except... One item was in a leaking bag that they stuck inside another bag. That made a nice mess since I didn't notice it when I took it out.

THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST. THEIR FOOD TASTES GOOD AND THEY OFFER A NUMBER OF OPTIONS FOR ORDERING. THEY DO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ARE PROMPT TO CORRECT ANY PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS. THE ONLY THING I WISH THEY COULD CHANGE FOR THE 12 SINGLE SERVINGS IS TO ADD MORE VARIETY AND ROTATE THE SELECTIONS MORE FREQUENTLY.

Love this company. Not huge fan of the pork or steak meats though. On the tougher side. Chicken and pasta dishes and sides are A plus and amazing! Chicken always tender.
