Item was not gift wrapped.

This is the first time I have bought Diorissimo online. After applying the perfume to my wrists within minutes there was no scent. I was so surprised after 30 years of purchasing Diorissimo in stores in the US and France. I buy a bottle every year on my birthday and this is the first time I've ordered online and I never expected that I would even be in the position to have to write a review. Update to my review: Dior reached out after I sent an email to their customer service and will replace the perfume, I am relieved that their stellar customer service has been so responsive. I'm looking forward to the quality of Diorissimo I've always loved.

I love Dior products, I’ve been using it for over decade now. However my last order came incomplete, one of the items I ordered was missing. Still waiting on Dior to solve the issue, there for three stars .

It came one day late ! I needed this for Mother’s Day! But came one day late ! Disappointed!

I send email and someone reply to me， but it did not solve my problem！！

I have ordered from Dior a few times for my airflash makeup foundation. I was pleased with their fast, free shipping and their complimentary gift wrapping that came with the item. However, I ordered from Dior online on May 1st and the next day my debit card number had been stolen and fraudulent charges were made. The reason I know someone acquired my card number from the Dior website is because I haven't used my debit card ANYWHERE in almost 2 weeks. So I am happy with Dior and their service in general but not happy with their security and allowing my card number to be compromised through their website.

The package wasn't secured, the samples were all over just rolling around in the box. I did not receive complimentary packaging.

Lovely perfume. However, it doesn't last long. I would have preferred Joy perfume or Jadore. Wish I can still return it and order for a different perfume.
