I ordered Dior Nail Glow and it arrived a day later than expected (I selected 2 day shipping) but other than that I’m very satisfied with my order

Had some trouble with check out on the website but everything else was perfect.

Web site is wery slow and fuzzy.

Sauvage used to be much stronger a year ago I believe as the projection is more like a skin scent now.Its still a great buy. Got the delivery the very next day that too complimentary shipping is great.

The product is excellent. The samples were great too. The shipment arrived super fast. I gave 4 stars, because I ordered gift box, which did not come with the order.

Product does not have the same color as in the photo. Lacquer is beautiful but it wasnt as expected. Also you use too much boxes for a laqcuer and the luxury package eas missing. Product is good.

Your web site does not work most of the time. Where is my order?

My shopping experience with Dior US was overall uncomplicated (I needed only one targeted product). The site was easy to navigate, the graphics were good, price was right in line with competitors. The purchase was very smoothly accomplished and the delivery of my items (2 eyebrow pencils) was very quick. I am giving four stars rather than five only due to the fact that these two very small items arrived in a large package with packing paper and bubble wrap, which in my opinion was a waste of materials. Otherwise, great experience!!
