i didn’t even order 2 eyeliners from y’all and i was charged for 2. ($60) and they don’t do prepaid labels so i’m basically fu*k*d and i didn’t receive no tracking for another one.

I recently just purchased the Rouge Dior Lip Liner in 325. When I saw it I thought "wow what a cool idea!" When I received it and tried putting it on, my mind changed completely. The tip was too sharp to apply smoothly along my lips and it wasn't easy to work with. The color went on patchy and the pigment wasn't rich at all. It says it's long wearing and that wasn't true either. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 star and not 1 is because I like the color. I love Dior... Just not this overpriced lip liner.

Shipping arrived much later than the original estimated date. I also believe the products themselves cost a good bit more than they are actually worth.

The box that one single bottle of nail polish came in could have held four large shoe boxes. This insane waste of paper for such a tiny object made my heart sink. Polish is fine.

The color of lipstick was deep in the picture but the one I have received is very light and doesn’t have as much shimmer . Overall it is not what I expected

This is awesome! I really love them instill I see a finger print on the left on the bottom of the lipstick. I though someone have tested them and Dior still sent to me. Unfortunately, i have trashed the return label unless I will return those. Love the product but hate the service.

I returned my purchase over a week ago and have still to get my money back. My purchase was for the foaming face cleanser. I adore the product, but am trying another brand foaming cleanser so I returned the Dior foaming cleanser.

For the second time I had trouble placing an order online. When I contacted a representative, I was told to try again tomorrow. I love the products I use, so I did, but your customer service is not on par with the quality of your products.
