Unfortunately the tape that holds the box together came undone, exposing the gorgeous white box inside that became dusty and a bit stained... :(

Product and presentation was amazing and set a new standard for me however shipping sucked.

For makeup and fragrance the site is easy to navigate, select items and make a purchase. I struggled with content loading for other products. Shipping was fast and packaging was beautiful.

My Dior package arrived beautifully gift wrapped, and very quickly. However, one of the two perfume samples was just an empty cardboard sleeve - no vial of perfume anywhere to be found. Not a big thing, but showed a lack of attention to detail.

Items arrive quickly and customer service was friendly. Reduced a star because the first time I called I was waiting to get a customer service rep. and whoever was suppose to answer hung up instead. I called back, waited for a available customer service representative and that person did help me.

The shipping time was minimal ! The cologne is pricey however the fragrance is awesome !
