Great box but they forgot to send the greeting card.

Package arrived in great shape but it was a complete waste of packaging. All I ordered was eyeshadow and it was a large box.

I'm a man buying a gift for my wife. I buy like a man: comparing prices, quantity and quality. I purchased through the Dior website because it offered me a wider range of choices for the perfume then any other site and selling it at similar prices. I had the ability to pick and choose the multiple complimentary items so was able to customize the total gift I was going to give. It arrived in a package nicer then I expected (high quality boxes, ribbons, envelopes for card and paperwork), all I did was remove it from the outer shipper wrap and presented it as is (no wrapping paper). What I gave was a gift that was packaged to impress a woman, and she was. That combination is exactly what I needed, and Dior delivered.

The Dior website was great. The product I ordered to be gift wrapped was nicely done! The reason I only gave 4 stars was because of the product I ordered. I ordered an Addict Lip Maximizer which doesn't really works like I expected.... I didn't see any plumping of my lips..., However, it moisturizes and shines my lips nicely. Pretty much satisfied!

Some what hard to use website. Could be better. Not sure if it's because it's design base on portable device that makes it hard to use on a desktop or not.

One of the samples broke after 1 usage but perfum had an excellent scent and the person i offered it to loved it. The wrapping was chic as well.

Great shipping. Box came in excellent condition. Samples packaged in drawstring bag was great. Would like to have shopping bag included to get the full experience since I don't live near a store.

The product packaging was a beautiful view but it took quite a struggle to get to the perfume itself! And it took a long time to receive the product! Almost 2 to 3 weeks!! That’s a little too long to wait for something you pay a lot of money for without anything being customized! But the smell of the perfume is breath-taking!
